I can’t see the experience I’m looking for

This is usually due to your questionnaire responses. For example, you may not have selected the relevant activity, day of the week, or availability, so it won’t appear.

Singles experiences will only show if you selected that you are single. You can update your answers at any time from your profile page.


Why did an experience disappear or stop showing

An experience may disappear if it is now full, has been cancelled, or no longer matches your preferences or availability.

Updating your profile answers or checking back later may reveal new experiences.


What does it mean when an experience is being finalized?

A finalized experience means we are confirming all details, including the curated group and logistics.

Once finalized, the experience is locked in and ready to go ahead.


How does pricing work?

Each experience has its own price.

Non-subscribers pay a curation fee on top of the experience cost. Subscribers always avoid the curation fee and only pay the experience cost.


Why was I charged a curation fee?

You were charged a curation fee because you booked the experience as a non-subscriber.

Subscribers avoid the curation fee on all experiences. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact support.


When will I receive my refund?

If an experience is cancelled or you cancel within the allowed timeframe, your refund is processed immediately.

It can take 1–10 working days for the money to appear back in your bank account, depending on your bank.


Can I cancel an experience I booked?

You can cancel an experience as long as it is within the allowed cancellation timeframe.

If cancellation is no longer allowed, the booking may be non-refundable.


What happens if an experience is cancelled?

If we cancel an experience, you will be notified and a refund will be processed immediately.

Please allow 1–10 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.


Will I be seated with my friends?

Yes.

If you invite a friend either in-app or externally, you will be seated together as long as there is still capacity.


How are groups curated?

Groups are curated using your questionnaire answers and availability to create a good mix of people for each experience.

Keeping your profile up to date helps improve the quality of your matches.


Can I change my answers after signing up?

Yes.

You can update your questionnaire answers at any time from your profile page. Changes may affect which experiences you see.


I had an issue or incident with another attendee

If there is any incident or misconduct, please report it to us as soon as possible so we can investigate and handle the situation.

If you feel unsafe at any point during an event, remove yourself from the situation and contact us immediately.
